Frequently Asked Questions
Below you'll find some answers to our most frequently asked questions! If you or your child has a question that is left unanswered, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know how we can help.
Is my child safe online? What do you do ensure their safety?
While we cannot monitor your child's online activities, all programs we use are safe and vetted, free from distracting or potentially dangerous ads, and we periodically make sure your kids re focused on our sessions and not another online activity. Additionally, we run test sessions with each game master, detailed in the next Frequently asked Question.
What type of training do your game masters receive?
Our game masters all have at least 2 years of experience playing D&D both in-person and online. Each of our game masters goes through an intensive education and training period to be vetted by our team. After a supervised trial session where we observe how they play and interact with kids, we check in with both the game masters and the kids, to make sure that the game master feels safe, confident, and excited working with kids, and that the kids feel safe, engaged, and eager to play with the game master.
